Matthew K. Schettenhelm
Matthew K. Schettenhelm assists municipalities and other clients with various telecommunications matters, including cable television franchising matters, and assists in state and federal litigation regarding municipal authority to regulate telecommunications and cable providers. He also aids clients with right-of-way and cable ordinances and assists in drafting comments filed with the Federal Communications Commission. While in law school, Mr. Schettenhelm worked at Miller & Van Eaton as a law clerk and prior to that clerked for the Department of Justice Antitrust Division and Airports Council International – North America. Mr. Schettenhelm is admitted to practice in Maryland. He graduated With Honors from George Washington University Law School in 2004, and With Distinction from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications.
