John F. Noble
Mr. Noble specializes in trial and appellate litigation, and has substantial experience with telecommunications, commercial transactions and intellectual property issues. Of counsel to Miller & Van Eaton, Mr. Noble has been a sole practitioner in Washington, D.C. since 1992, and prior to that was a partner with Fortas, Prokop and Hardman (originally Fortas & Koven) in Washington, D.C. Mr. Noble received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1980, and a Bachelors of Science in Speech from Northwestern University in 1975. Mr. Noble is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Computer Law Reporter, a monthly journal of legal developments affecting the technology and information industries.
